Position Description:  Our assistant coaches support the district mission by: Coaching & developing players at any level on the Middle School football team to prepare them for the High School team Working with all the High School & Middle School football coaches to continue to build a cohesive 7-12 football program Attending mandatory meetings with the High School coaching staff to understand the system in place for our football program Terms of Employment:   August 24 - October 15, 2026 The assistant coach must be available after school for practice and games The successful candidate must be fingerprinted at their own expense Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check and clearance by the Washington State Patrol and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  Salary Range:  $2,150 - 2,844 depending on experience Benefits:  Eligible employees may accrue sick leave at the rate of one (1) hour of sick leave for every 40 hours worked under Washington state law. Upon working 630 hours in a school year, eligible employees may be eligible for insurance benefits through School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) which includes, medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, life and AD&D insurance.
