Click here for full job description: Special Programs Instructional Assistant - ESSA PURPOSE To improve student achievement by assisting a licensed teacher in the planning and implementation of an educational program, including individualized education programs (IEPs). Assigned educational programs may include both general and special education settings. Start Date: 9/3/2026 through November 23, 2026  This position may extend beyond November 23, 2026 Type: Classified Hours per day: 7.50 Number of days per year: 188 Status: Temporary Hourly Range: $23.15 - $29.53 Salary Range is based on 2025-26 schedule and is subject to change ESSA Documentation Required: Yes Application Procedure: Apply online What is ESSA? The federal Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) works to support equal opportunity for disadvantaged students and eliminate barriers to student success.
